I went here to do my nails. The staff and owner. Were amazing. Having laughs. And there professionalism was amazing. Would highly recommend. Put there customers first.

Love the ladies of the Perfect Nails salon. I always get a great manicure that lasts. (Gel) I have often done walk-ins with success, occasionally making an appointment if I have an event. The equipment is up-to-date and plenty of polish to choose from. I have noticed the turnover, but have not been disappointed with my new technician. The space could use a makeover to be more spa like and calm. Not a fan of the garish pink walls.

I went here close to a month ago now and have just now gotten the time to actually make a review. The women that I met were so nice! Inside was welcoming and clean. I had gone in a day after getting my nails done at a different place and they were quick to fix the issues I had wrong with my nails (Im very awkward and was too scared to go back to the place that did my nails prior lol). Instead of taking off everything, they redid the top and the shape to make the nails look better. They were concerned with hurting my natural nails and my wallet so they didnt completely redo everything (which is just fine with me!). Overall fantastic staff and experience. The only drawback is the parking. This place is 30 minutes from my job and nearly an hour from my house in Groton, but I will go here from now on.

Top notch professionally doesnt cut into cuticles etc takes her time and has extra pride in her work! Caring and mindful / Knows my colors as soon as I walk in. Have been to a million salons. Will not go elsewhere for manis.

I started coming her with my aunt. I will continue coming here, although my aunt is back to work. The salon is clean and the people who work there are so very welcoming and friendly when you walk in. The detail in the work they do is also very impressive. All in all I will continue to keep coming back here for sure.

Super busy when I stopped by but they were awesome at accommodating for myself and my friend to sit together. LOVED my gel manicure. I've been super busy and haven't been able to get my nails done in almost a month and the gel just started peeling. If it weren't for my nails growing I wouldn't have to touch it up.

Beautifully done nails! They took me right on time - luckily it was not busy but it was also the first place I felt like my nails rushed. I got acrylics redone with some minor nail art and they looked stunning, especially the shape of the nail. Recommend!

To respond to Lauren,the pumices are blasted by the jets first to get your toe jams off,they are then put in the mud room to be bleached. We never use the same one without them being sterilized first. Our implements are cleaned with barbacide,same as what the barbers and hairdressers use. Which is required by RI board of health. Thanks for your time and concerns.

I was looking for a local place to home for getting a mani and pedi before vacation and I was more than impressed by this place! The prices are SO reasonable and the quality is even better! I got a gel manicure which lasted more than 2 weeks and a classic pedicure which has lasted far more than that. The pedicure massage chair was relaxing and worked perfectly! I can't wait to come back here more often!

My favorite salon in the area! Always does a great job, nails last forever and friendly staff! Always busy, so call before to make an appointment but worth the wait!! Bring cash for tip. I go here all the time even after moving to Johnston and I still make the trip! :)

Need acrylic removed and was looking to walk in bc I was turned away somewhere else. I called just to make sure and they squeezed me in. This is a great spot! Convenient location and large variety of polish colors. Jacy was patient and gentle with me. I will be back in he near future.

This is my go to salon. Sandy is my favorite. She always gives me exactly what I ask for and goes beyond my expectations. I hadn't visited the salon in about a year and half and walked in and she ended up being my technician. She remembered my name and it just makes me feel so good to have such a comfortable relationship. I've ventured out to other salons but always end up back.

Probably the best walk-in salon in the area. Does a very good job for a reasonable price. 8 out of 10 gel manicures have been excellent. Only had a couple of problems over the years either because a particular nail technician took shortcuts or was distracted. I've learned to speak up or come back to remedy if dissatisfied, and they have been very responsive.

Great nail salon! Techs were nice and good at their trade. We had a little bit of a wait but they let us sit in the massage chairs while we were waiting.

I could not recommend this place enough. The people working here know what they are doing. I have never had a bad experience on this salon. They are vey delicate wen it comes to doing acrylic nails and I am pretty sure with everything else because this place is never empty. Every time that I go I never have to wait for to long to be attended even though there is always multiple people on the salon, they always have enough people working.

Several friends come here and rave about it. I have gone twice- once for a simple manicure and the second time for a mini- pedi. Nice place, good staff and clean environment .My sister has started going to Perfect Nails too since she heard my praise.

You won't find a better spot around here, especially for the price. Clean and modern. Great selection of polish, good dcor and ventilation, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The chairs are comfortable and this salon DOES have a drying station...I feel the need to mention this because I recently went to another salon nearby (which charges exactly the same for the record) and they didn't even have nail dryers. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Just amazing relaxing time today. I love comming here and picking out my color from the vast variety from every imaginable color you can think of..they are VERY clean and friendly! The spa chairs are great when your getting a pedicure, just sit back and relax, even have TVs around to watch.

I called for an appointment and was treated politely on the phone.I arrived the next day and was taken immediately ,I had a pedi with french polish ,I have somewhat unattractive feet,and the woman worked wonders!
Her attention to detail was wonderful.
I then moved to the nail chair and had a full gel set put on with gel french,again,the attention to detail was above my normal experience.
My nails are beautiful,and more importantly what I had requested.
The salon was immaculate,Sandy was sweet and fun to talk to.
All the techs spoke English,I was quoted a price at the beginning,and that is what i paid.
I have had many mani/pedis,all over the world,this experience was by far near the top of my list!

I had a great experience. Came in for a manicure. My nail tech was super friendly and sweet and she did a great job on my nails. The amount of time spent with me was appropriate. Business was clean and bright, everyone was friendly and the prices were good. Plus, there was an expansive color selection! I will definitely return!

Very good. I was a walk in and taken right away. Best 45 minutes of the week. Great detail to very small toes and a fantastic massage on the calves! Definitely will be coming back on a regular basis.
